TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP

The members of the UNI Board of Trustees, also known as Associates, have been classified in two ways: Assets and collaborators.

Active members, in turn, are subdivided into the following four types: Active Founding Members, Active Members themselves, Honorary Active Members and Active Born Member.

Active Founding Members, those who signed the Foundation Act.
Ordinary Active Members are listed as such in the Register of Associates and Members.
Honorary Active Members, appointed by the General Assembly, at the proposal of the Board of Directors for their contribution to the purposes of the Board of Trustees and to business and university development.
Active Member Born, the UNI Rector in office and legally elected by the University Assembly, during the period of his management.

Every Active Members, have the right to speak and vote in the General Assemblies.

The Collaborating Members appear as such in the Register of Associates and Members of the Board of Trustees. The Collaborating Members only have the right to voice but not the right to vote in the General Assemblies

SUSPENTION OF MEMBERSHIP

Article 7 of TITLE II of our statute, states:
“The condition of Associate or Active Member or Associate or Collaborating Member is lost, due to written resignation or due to separation grounds provided for in the regulations. The condition of Associate or Active Member or Associate or Collaborating Member is suspended due to breach of obligations and payment of contributions. "

FORMALIZATION OF MEMBERSHIP

  1. Fill out the registration form
  2. Make the deposit (annual fee), corresponding to the type of membership that you apply, in Banco Continental in any of the following accounts:
